Ben and his team made it all happen for me! I had all but written off the thought of ever owning my own home. I normally don’t leave reviews but it would be a shame if I didn’t share our experience with Ben Yost. From the first time I called Ben, he was incredibly personable, confident, and knowledgeable in his field. We were moving from out of state and had spoke to a few other lenders who gave us the run around but we were SO lucky to find Ben!! I gave Ben the details of what our situation was and he was confident he could close a loan for us and QUICKLY. We threw Ben curveball after curveball and he handled them with ease. We were shooting for a quick 3-4 week close and it felt like every other day something problematic happened, but Ben took care of EVERYTHING. He cut straight to the facts and told us exactly what needed to be done and helped us stay on track with the loan process instead of beating around the bush and being a sales guy. Ben reassured us and was honest with us the entire process. He is honestly amazing at what he does and genuinely cares about his clients. Ben and his team were awesome! They were able to get us locked in with a great rate They worked so hard to get to closing that we got the clear to close 5 days ahead of schedule! On top of this, Ben and his team were very much available whenever we called/ texted. What I appreciated most (especially as a first time homebuyer) is that Ben took the time to explain the home buying process, provided some guidance to help us get approved, and gave some history of the market. He's very personable, and actually seemed interested in working with us, which was very different from the other lenders we spoke with. Let me start by saying, Ben and his team are amazing. We have bought homes in the past and this by far was the smoothest transaction, that we have been involved in. Right from the start, Ben and his team kept us posted on every step of the loan process. There were a couple of calls from me, with lots of questions. He was always reassuring and always had a positive outlook. At the beginning of the buying process, we were referred to a lender that our real estate agent used all the time. We know that because our last house we bought, we used his lender. When it came down to the final numbers, the lender quoted us a high interest rate and we would have to pay a point, around 3300. We decided to call LoanDepo because our current loan is though them. We were referred to Ben and his team. I asked Ben if he could get us a lower interest rate and we needed to close in THREE weeks,” yes” I said that right, THREE weeks.. Ben’s response, “I got you, no problem”. He not only got us a significantly lower interest rate but we paid no points and closed in THREE weeks, which is amazing to me. Ben and his team, work hard and get the job done. Ben and his team are fantastic and amazing. Thank you, so much Ben and team....I appreciate your dedication and hard work.I loved chatting with you, very friendly and professional. We will be back to buy another house and use you and your team, again.
Ben is friendly, professional, punctual, and knows what he is doing. He went above and beyond to get my loan approved and also helped me get a power of attorney to sign for my wife at the last minute she she had to go out of town. He also had the best rate by far than any mortgage brokers I talked to.
